My client needed their small Subject Matter Expert trainer team upskilled in training, coaching & feedback skills. In response, following consultation, I created a bespoke year long Trainer Development programme for them, including:

Coaching skills development programme

Guidance on creating a new Quality Assurance Scorecard for their coaches

And lots more.
