  • Case study: Trainer Development Long-form Programme

    My client needed their small Subject Matter Expert trainer team upskilled in training, coaching & feedback skills. In response, following consultation, I created a bespoke year long Trainer Development programme for them, including:

    Weekly seminars focussing on one TtT topic a week, focussing on Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery and Evaluation, with discussions and tasks
