Feedback skills development programme
Coaching skills development programme
Guidance on creating a new Quality Assurance Scorecard for their coaches
And lots more.
It was a pleasure to get to know and work with the team, to leave them with new knowledge, skills and mindsets – and take some brilliant feedback away at the close of the contract.
